Launch of the Practical Workshop Series “Anatomy of Stress and Emotional Resilience During War”

On February 10, 2026, a series of practical workshops titled “Anatomy of Stress and Emotional Resilience During War” was launched at the Institute of Psychiatry and the The veteran mental health center of excellence for students of the Faculty of Psychology, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Within the program, participants explore:

• a deeper understanding of stress mechanisms and their impact on the body and mind;
• the effects of traumatic brain injury on emotional regulation;
• practical techniques for developing emotional self-regulation skills;
• effective tools for recovery and maintaining emotional balance in wartime conditions.
