The panel discussion “Scalable Psychological Interventions: A Resource in the Hands of Every Specialist” focused on the importance of WHO psychological interventions in supporting the mental health of Ukrainians, as well as on the stepped-care approach to their implementation and delivery. Speakers shared their personal and meaningful experiences of using these interventions and discussed opportunities for applying them in practice. Specialists from the Institute of Psychiatry presented their own experience with the individual intervention “Self-Help Plus (SH+): Problem Management Plus Skills for Stressful Times,” highlighting its ease of use and universality.
