“Psychological Consequences of War: Personality Disorders and Methods of Their Treatment”

Date: December 1, 2025 — a workshop was held focusing on the psychological consequences of war and their impact on the development of personality disorders. The event was organized by staff members of the Veteran Mental Health Center of Excellence at the Institute of Psychiatry of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv for students of the Faculty of Psychology.

The workshop covered the following topics:

• Types of personality disorders that may arise as a result of war-related traumatic events
• Methods of diagnosing and treating personality disorders in the context of traumatic experience
