Workshop “4 Elements Method: The Israeli Approach to Psychological Stabilization of Military Personnel in Crisis Situations”

Psychologist Svitlana Kaminska from the Center conducted a training workshop for students of the Faculty of Psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

The topic of the session was “The 4 Elements Method: The Israeli Approach to Psychological Stabilization of Military Personnel in Crisis Situations.”

The “4 Elements Method” is one of the most effective and widely recognized interventions in the world, actively used to support military personnel in crisis situations. Its application helps future professionals master practical skills in psychological stabilization and in supporting the defenders of Ukraine.
