Workshop for Future Psychologists: Developing Key Skills

On November 11, 2025, a workshop was held for future psychology specialists aimed at developing essential professional skills and increasing their effectiveness in working with clients. The workshop addressed the development of empathetic abilities — a crucial aspect of interpersonal interaction that helps create a trusting atmosphere and enables a deeper understanding of clients’ needs.

The application of motivational interviewing in practical counseling was also discussed, as it is one of the most effective methods for supporting clients through change, enhancing their internal motivation, and activating resources to overcome difficult life situations.

Participants had the opportunity to practice techniques and approaches that improve the quality of counseling work, as well as to master modern methodologies that will help them more effectively support clients in their psychological rehabilitation and personal growth.
